Steps:

·         Put all ingredients in Grinder, and process for 1-2 minute, you’ll see peanuts will go through various stages

Peanuts will turn into crumbs, a fine ground, a paste, and smooth / creamy puree

Now, use spatula to loosen a bit, and reincorporate the peanuts stuck to the sides and below

the blade. This will take around 5-10 minutes to get a smooth and creamy mixture

The time may vary depending on your food processor and your desired texture. The more you process, the more peanuts will release their own oil which will help mixture to turn in smooth and creamy spread

Keep on processing until the peanut butter reaches the really liquid creamy smooth state

Shift the peanut butter paste in air tight container or glass jar

Refrigerate to firm up. After few hours in the fridge, yummy homemade peanut butter is ready to use

Tip: If you want crispier, and chunky taste, then coarsely chop 1/3 peanuts (or to taste) and stir in the end
