Making peanut butter at home is the best thing one can ever do! preservative free unlike professional one. Making peanut butter at home is so
easy, the store bought peanut butter may contain added sugar, unhealthy facts,
refined oil, or even preservatives, but when you make it at home, then it
mainly includes wholesome peanuts with a pinch of salt, no extra oils or sugar,
yet it turns so creamy and natural.
The high protein and healthy and natural oils in peanut
helps in weight loss by suppressing hunger, and the fats in homemade peanut
butter is heart-healthy mono saturated fat. So, let’s move to recipe;
Direction to Make Home Made Peanuts
You’ll need;
Roasted peanuts – 2 cups
Peanut oil -
1 table spoon / any neutral flavored oil such as canola)
Honey - 1 table spoon (optional yet
recommended)
Salt - a pinch
Steps:

Put all ingredients in Grinder, and process for
1-2 minute, you’ll see peanuts will go through various stages
Peanuts will turn into crumbs, a fine ground, a paste, and smooth / creamy puree
Now, use spatula to loosen a bit, and reincorporate the peanuts stuck to the sides and below
the blade. This will take around 5-10
minutes to get a smooth and creamy mixture
The time may vary depending on your food processor and your desired texture. The more you process, the more peanuts will release their own oil which will help mixture to turn in smooth and creamy spread
Tip: If you want
crispier, and chunky taste, then coarsely chop 1/3 peanuts (or to taste) and
stir in the end
