How to Polish Titanium Bars?

         Want to know how to polish titanium bars? You don’t even need to approach any specific titanium bar suppliers, you can do it easily at home. Just check out the following steps below;

   Step 1: Take 220 Grit Sand Paper

Start with taking a 220 sand sheet paper and lay it, on a flat surface, rough one side up. You can also use a glass block. Now apply metal polish on sandpaper.

You’ll need to use a bit heavy-cut metal polish in this step. Let few drops of nail polish left on the sand sheet paper so you can "exposé" more up as you go along, and rub the piece in a circular motion
Here, you’ll see a difference in how the metal feels against the paper.

Why? Because metal surface becomes uniform texture against this grit. Focus on the place where you put pressure. The head and tail get much faster when you hold it for a longer time around maximum 45 seconds on this grit (and every other grit).

Step 2: Then Take 800 Grit

Now let’s move towards 800 grit with medium-cut metal polish. Repeat the same rules from above mentioned steps. In case if you’re having any trouble spots then fold the paper over a file to focus on those areas.

Examine the metal surface, and ensure the entire area has a same texture. You’ll probably need all scratches from the 220 gone, then wash it off to get a final view.

Step 3: Now take 2000 Grit
There comes now a 2000 grit sand sheet paper along with metal finishing polish. The same above mentioned rules will be applied here as well. Fold paper over a file in case you get any stubborn spots. Examine the surface and again ensure the surface gets the same texture

All scratches are supposed to be gone 800 degrees here as well. And wash it for a complete look

Step 4: Go Towards a Buffing Wheel
Burden a buffing wheel with cleaning compound and buff the piece against it. Remember titanium gets hot quick. You might need to keep a bowl of ice shapes close by.

Stage 5: The Final Finish

Up until this point the surface will have whirl stamps in it. Utilize a paint cleaning compound to clear it up. Once more, Meguiars has great stuff. Ensure you utilize an unexpected wheel in comparison to the one you utilized in the last advance.

It not you'll simply continue placing in more twirl marks.
 Here we go, finally polished titanium bars is ready to use, hope you like the post. Thank you for reading!
